Working for us

We are currently actively recruiting for:-

Data and Reprographics Support

We are currently looking to strengthen our Data/Reprographics team with someone who has a robust knowledge of data manipulation (not data-input) with an exceptional eye for detail plus accuracy with regards data and also artwork setting (not in a creative sense) to also work with the physical outputs of print/plates and material.

Other initial prerequisites would be a solid knowledge of Access/Excel with an understanding of the merging/linking/data manipulation processes that are required in a Variable data printing environment with Adobe Creative Cloud experience being beneficial and any Macro/SQL/VB skills that you may have which would further strengthen your application.

Specific training will be given in areas where you may not have as strong a skill set as others but we are looking for someone with a solid foundation across most areas of the role so only those with prior experience in a similar position would be considered.

Salary will be dependent on the level of prior experience and will be reviewed regularly but please include a covering letter with your CV to show any current salary or aspirations as to earnings to jobs@impactmail.co.uk

This role will be a full time (40 Hour per week) position 8:00-16:30

Administration and Accounts

Suitably experienced in Sage (e.g Bank Reconciliation with Payment allocation, Journal posting and reporting rather than just order processing), we have an opportunity arising for someone in an accounts/admin role with involvement in a fairly diverse range of tasks.  The role will predominantly be accounts processing but can be easily widened to include booking transport/deliveries with supplier and customer interaction for job processing – all to suit an individuals particular skill-set with fairly flexible working hours ranging from possibly being part-time with hours to suit through to being a full time role.

Reasonable skills in the typical Microsoft suite of products would also be required with the working hours of the role to be agreed with the right candidate so that we can all benefit from developing the role around the individual.

As such, applications are welcomed from anyone with the appropriate background/knowledge and who can demonstrate their diligence in their approach to work as accuracy within the role is vital.  With that in mind, please include a covering letter that sets out any preference to your particular working hours/days with your CV to jobs@impactmail.co.uk and we will be able to take that into consideration when reviewing applicants suitability.

Salary will be dependent on the candidate and maximum working hours are 40 (being 9-5 Mon-Fri) with a minimum of 24 across the week being the current expectation.
